Rejoyce is a seasoned Financial Management Consultant with over 10 years of diverse experience across the NGO, corporate, and private sectors. Her expertise spans financial reporting, tax preparation, budgeting and forecasting, resource mobilization, donor compliance, and strategic financial planning. She has successfully supported organizations in strengthening financial systems, enhancing accountability, and aligning financial practices with their strategic goals. Rejoyce is an affiliate of ACCA, holds a Master’s in Business Studies, and a BCom Honours in Accounting and Finance, reflecting her solid academic grounding and professional credibility.
Beyond numbers, Rejoyce is passionate about social justice and community empowerment. She has worked with youth-led and community-based organizations, providing peer education and psychosocial support, particularly in underserved communities. Her commitment to the rights and dignity of women, children, and marginalized groups drives her work both in and outside the finance space. She believes in feminist leadership, ethical practice, and using financial literacy as a tool for transformation. Rejoyce brings a values-driven approach to all her engagements, ensuring financial systems uphold transparency, inclusion, and sustainability.
